Great garden, well equipped kitchen, the tabletennis table, quiet, not far from Pollenca A better double bed and fix the door in the masterbedroom so it can be closed to keep the flies out.

A perfect place for holidays-modern,green,very-well equiped! Simply ideal!

The outdoor area is excellent - huge garden, pool, terrace and the roof terrace! The heating/ac system worked perfectly and the kitchen is very well equiped! Great start package - wine, fruits, water, toast bread, cheese welcomed us! Some small staff - like clothes dryer, salr/pepper, toilet paper....

The house is in general a good choice. The only thing you need to know, is that the mattresses are the harder ones, if you like to sleep on that kind. The only other thing, which is normal, you will have ants in the kitchen, when you leave your food out. If you keep the kitchen counter clean, then you will not have a problem. We enjoyed our stay at the house, which gives you a lot of privacy.

The two separate living apartments were great for our family. We were disappointed that the Villa is not within walking distance of any bars & restaurants. The pool is small but good to cool off. The air conditioning wasn't great in the main villa as it didn't stay at the set temperature or come on automatically. The main villa has all the facilities you need but the smaller apartment would benefit having a fridge & kettle. Having a Table Tennis table entertained the family and having some English TV channels & Wi Fi was a bonus.

La décoration du logement, l'aménagement, le poêle à granules réchauffant le logement l'hiver, la jolie piscine joliment éclairée la nuit (même si non utilisée en hiver), le jardin luxuriant et les palmiers en fond Manque de couverts, des mitigeurs usagés (cuisine, salle de bain rouillée) et des joints qui se décollent, il serait bien de rajouter quelques livres et jouets pour enfants, un manuel d'utilisation pour le poêle à granules,

Tolles Haus mit viel Platz, mehreren Terrassen rundherum.

Bei der Ankunft mussten einige Dinge in der Küche vor Benutzung gespült werden, weil sie nicht sauber waren (Gläser, Besteck usw.). Ansonsten war das Objekt in gutem Zustand. Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte allerdings etwas besser sein, wenn das Objekt komplett belegt ist, gibt müsste man nach jeder Mahlzeit spülen, weil z.B. nicht genug Besteck da ist. G Ein großes Manko ist, dass in 2 von 3 Schlafzimmern keine Kleiderschränke vorhanden sind, sondern nur eine Kleiderstange und winzige Regale. Man ist quasi gezwungen, aus dem Koffer zu leben. Das sollte dringend geändert werden! Die Kommunikation mit OWL - Booking war sehr gut, es wurde schnellstens auf Kritik bzw. Schäden (defekter Toster) reagiert und diese Dinge ausgetauscht. Da wir im Winter dort waren, haben wir explizit nach einer „richtigen“ Heizung gefragt, denn wir kennen die Verhältnisse auf Mallorca im Winter. Es gab nur im Wohnzimmer/ Esszimmer/ Küche (ein großer Raum) einen Pelletofen. Dieser wärmte zwar, war aber sehr unzuverlässig und ging immer wieder aus. In den übrigen Zimmern gab es Klimaanlagen, mit denen man heizen kann. Mit der Folge, dass diese insbesondere Nachts Geräusche verursacht. Nicht gerade optimal, aber besser geht es wohl auf Mallorca selten. Wenn einige Mängel abgestellt werden, würden wir definitiv trotzdem dieses Objekt wieder buchen. Die Lage ist recht ruhig, nah an der Tramuntana zum Wandern, und Supermärkte wie Lidl und Erosky sind auch recht nah.

La semaine passée en pleine canicule, nous avons apprécié le confort de la maison et son parc ombragée, la petite piscine, et la climatisation qui manquait malgré tout d un entretien, (je ne sais pas si les normes d entretien sont les memes quand FRANCE !) L emplacement est superbe entre mer et montagne et proche des belles villes . L agence a tres bien repondu a mes questions. La maison est conforme aux photos du site . Merci nous avons passé un bon sejour a majorque en famille !

Sonnige Tage in der perfekt ausgestatteten Villa Muntaner. Es war ein Traum.

Die Ausstattung lässt nichts vermissen. Fast alles ist auf neuem Stand und die Einrichtung ist absolut stimmig. Es hat einfach Spaß gemacht sich hier aufzuhalten und Alles zu nutzen (Pool, Tischtennis, Sunset-Terrasse,...). Die Villa, der Garten, die Umgebung sind einfach nur wunderschön. Auch die Betreuung Vorort war perfekt. Sehr unaufdringlich, aber da, wenn man sie brauchte. Danke dafür. Sollte es für uns mal wieder ein Finca-Urlaub auf Mallorca werden, ist Owl-Booking auf jeden Fall unsere erste Adresse. Empfehlung bei Verwandten und Freunden ist inklusive. Die Fahrräder haben wir nicht genutzt, weil wir sie auch tatsächlich nicht brauchten. Allerdings lässt der technische Zustand doch etwas zu wünschen übrig. Bei einem Rad war der Lenker nicht komplett fest, so dass er sich bei einer kleinen Probefahrt auf dem Hof verschoben hat (haben wir dann wieder zurückgedreht, aber mangels Werkzeug nicht neu fixiert). Bzgl. des möglichen Empfangs internationaler TV-Sender hat eine Beschreibung gefehlt, wie/ ob diese empfangbar sind. Ich habe mich zwar nicht genauer damit befasst, aber auf Anhieb konnte ich keine deutschen Sender auf den Bildschirm bringen. Hat aber nicht weiter gestört, da für uns nicht wichtig.

Ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Die Finca ist sehr schön, richtig toll zum abschalten. Die Außenanlagen ist sehr schön gemacht. Mit vielen Obstbäumen, von Feigen, Aprikosen und Birnen. Ein Auto ist schon nötig, von dort aus kann man Pollenca in wenigen Minuten erreichen. Die Strände sind auch sehr leicht zu erreichen. Wir haben nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln, in der Küche fehlen ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Wenn man mit mehreren Personen anreist dann kann es schon knapp werden mit z.B. größeren Schüsseln für Salate. Ein paar Reparaturen müssten gemacht werden. Im hinteren Häuschen ist die Tür defekt, lässt sich nicht richtig schließen. Beim duschen setzt man das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser, Ablagemöglichkeiten fehlen.Mückenschutz an den Fenstern hat gefehlt, wenn man nicht unbedingt mit der Klimaanlage schlafen möchte. Neue Handtücher gab es erst nach Nachfrage. Das sind allerdings Kleinigkeiten und der Kontakt ist sehr nett. Alle Informationen hat man gleich zum Anfang erhalten, mit vielen Tipps. Wir würden die Finca definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft zum Erholen und Insel-Erkunden

Saubere Anlage, bequeme Betten, gemütliche Einrichtung, schöne Gartenanlage herum mit Obstbäumen (haben noch nie so leckere Aprikosen gegessen!) Wir haben im Vorfeld nirgends gelesen (zumindest ging es bei uns total unter), dass die Schlafzimmer der Unterkunft auf unterschiedliche Häuser aufgeteilt sind. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad befindet sich außerhalb des Haupthauses, in einem anderen Gebäude. Es wäre im Vorfeld recht wichtig zu wissen.

Vacaciones en Familia

Nos encantó la casa, es muy bonita, tiene un terreno enorme y precioso con muchos árboles y plantas,la ubicación muy cercana a supermercados y gasolineras, además el pueblo de pollença es muy bonito. Dentro de la casa nos quedamos con la terracita que da a la piscina, tiene un porche precioso y se está de lujo durante todo el dia y toda la noche, además tiene césped natural y está muy cuidado y una zona de hamacas muy cómoda, además de una barbacoa, por lo que es muy completa. Las habitaciones son cómodas y lo mejor es la paz y el silencio que se respira en toda la casa.

We loved the house,garden especially and pool, very convenient for visiting Pollença.I think we could have had properly installed mosquito nets as these were needed and and would have been nice to have more basics provided like toilet paper, soap and dishwasher tablets ,overall the property was as expected and we really enjoyed our stay!

The property is set in a lovely garden, the pool is small so no adult swimming but great for the kids (5,7,9) The 3rd bedroom is in a separate annex which took me a while to feel comfortable not being in the same house as the kids, but it was overlooking their bedrooms and gave us a lovely peaceful room for daytime naps. Great area, so much to do and see and just beautiful. Pep and Maria were excellent - nothing was a bother and they went out their way to help. Excellent service. We had a lovely stay

We fell in love with this beautiful region

We had 10 great days at Villa Almadrava with our 2 Kids. The house with its amazing garden (fig trees, apricot trees etc.) is located in a peaceful neighbourhood and the nice pool is great for kids. The house is well equipped with everything you need. A car is necessary to visit the beach or the beautiful town of Pollenca. We absolutely fell in love with the beautiful region and recommend this place to any guests.
