Pros: The villa is situated in an ideal location, being so close to Pollenca - walking distance - supermarkets and, of course, Puerta Pollenca. Cons: Nothing of note

Wir waren jetzt schon öfter hier und finden es immer wieder schön - vor allem die Nähe zum Ort und gleichzeitig die relative Ruhe. Einzig das schmale Bett (140 cm breit - für 2 Personen) ist für mich immer wieder eine Herausforderung, da ich zu unruhigem Schlaf neige und mir dazu dann der Platz fehlt.

Schönes Haus mit Kamin und Zitronenbäumen im Garten

Pros: Das Haus ist großzügig gestaltet, da es etwas kühler im November war, fanden wir den Kamin besonders toll. Es liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem gibt es nahe bei gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Oase der Ruhe

Kleines, sauberes Häuschen, mit allem ausgestattet, was zwei Personen benötigen. Kein Wunsch blieb offen. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt zum Joggen, Radfahren, Wandern oder für Ausflüge. Etwas außerhalb vom schönen Örtchen Pollenca, sodass man in absoluter Ruhe entspannen kann. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer, der Extrawünsche (späteres Auschecken) möglich machte. Jederzeit und sehr gerne wieder.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Die Finca war toll für zwei Personen. Alles war neu und schön. Das Bett war bequem. Wir konnten gut draußen sitzen. Es war sehr ruhig. In 15 Minuten waren wir zu Fuß in der Altstadt von Pollenca. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und schnell erreichbar . Wir hatten eine Frage zur Klimaanlage und keine 10 Minuten später war unser Vermieter vor Ort und hat uns geholfen. Wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen.
