Villa Perdiu Vell Petit is a unique property, located near the old town of Pollensa, in one of the most picturesque areas. Built in stone and with high-quality finishes, it combines spacious outdoor areas with cosy interiors, creating the perfect setting for an authentically Mallorcan holiday. Just 3 km from Pollensa and with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, its location allows you to enjoy the serenity of the countryside without giving up the comforts of the city.The villa is distributed over two floors and has an annex next to the swimming pool, with a double bedroom and a full bathroom, ideal for those seeking privacy. In the main house, a bright dining room with wooden beams and Mallorcan elements provides access to a fully equipped kitchen and an additional bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a cosy living room, a double bedroom and a room with single beds, as well as the main bedroom with a balcony and views of the countryside. The bedrooms share a bathroom with stone walls and a skylight.The cobblestone patio leads to the pool area, surrounded by lawn and patio, with a seating area and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tranquil surroundings.Information to be taken into account:In case of key loss or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside those hours. New keys must be collected from our office by the guest.On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 will be applied for waste management.Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
