Villa El Rafalet is a sweet and cosy country house with a private swimming pool, located in a rural area near the sandy beaches of Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa, perfect for accommodating up to 6 people. Carefully furnished with antique pieces, the villa is surrounded by extensive lawns and spacious terraces that offer unique opportunities for outdoor living.A short path leads to the entrance of the property, which gleams with beautiful old wooden doors. The living room has a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a wonderful kitchen that is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and kitchen utensils, everything you need.In the villa there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed and 1 with two single beds. It also has 2 bathrooms with a shower.Outside, there is a covered terrace and a charming pool area, from where one can enjoy beautiful views of the surroundings. A lawn area and a typical stone courtyard surround the pool. It is a truly idyllic place to relax or enjoy the mild Mallorcan climate in total peace and privacy.The air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.Information to take into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it, otherwise a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
