Beautiful villa & lovely owner

We had a really lovely stay at the villa, it is a beautiful villa in beautiful surrounding. The pool is huge! The owner Maria is one of the nicest people you could meet, nothing was too much trouble, excellent communication before before our stay, and it was so lovely to meet her and her father, thank you so much Maria and family, and hope to see you again very soon x

Super sweet Finca

We had such a great time at the house. There is a big pool, a nice garden with an outside barbecue and a roof top with stunning sunset views. The host was super lovely and helpful and responsive. One little negative point was the dishwasher wich didnt work so well and also the wifi had a Bad connection, so for working it is Not the right Place. But for us it wasn‘t so Bad. Overall we really enjoyed our visit and are happy to come again ☺️

Nice pool, comfortable beds.

We had a pleasant stay at the villa, and a great holiday. The garden and pool are lovely, it's very private and there was lots of space for us to relax. The villa wasn't very clean when we arrived, the tables still covered in crumbs and cup marks from the previous guests. The toilet and bathroom needed another wipe over. We arrived after a late evening flight and had to go back out to search for a shop that was open so we could buy drinking water. The water out of the taps is salty and undrinkable, The mosquitos at night are a real problem.

Overall a good place

Even though this place is a little hard to find at first, it is very conveniently located near a Hotel Complex, where you have a bus station, a restaurant, and a small supermarket. You can easily take the bus to go to Alcudia or Port de Pollensa or you can spend your day at the gorgeous pool in the villa. The inside of the villa is a bit outdated (especially the kitchen), but if you are an outdoorsy person and don't plan to cook all the time, you should be fine. We did not have any problems with mosquitos, BUT be aware of the ants! We had ants EVERYWHERE when we arrived, but the host was kind enough to react immediately and she brought us some bug spray that solved the problem. (you do have to put in some effort to keep the place ant free though, so keep that in mind when traveling to Mallorca in the summer). The fans in the bedrooms were a lifesaver because it was very hot inside throughout the night (as expected :) ) The communication with the host was fast and she reacted immediately whenever we had any issues. A big plus is that you have a very pretty view since you are the last house before the nature of Mallorca starts behind the house! It was a great stay overall, but I would advise you to not expect too much luxury! You will find everything you need and if you plan to relax at the pool the entire day, you'll be 100% fine! I'd rate this place a solid 3.5/5 stars, but again - it heavily depends on what you are looking for in this place!

Perfect stay from start to finish,the hosts were available 24/7 to help with anything.the villa was equipped with everything we needed.the location was perfect,near a hotel but was not an issue,it was so peaceful. We didnt drive just used taxis to get around...the app is needed to order taxis just used the hotel address for pick up/drop of.Little supermarket opposite hotel for essentials. Overall a truly perfect holiday,having a pool to ourselves was also a plus.Would definitely go again

Whitewashed villa port de pollensa

Our second stay at this lovely villa didn’t disappoint! 6 years on and it’s still a perfectly tranquil place for a relaxed family holiday. A stones throw from the main town, 5 minute walk from a dip in the sea and the Hideaway restaurant at the end of the drive was a great find as we didn’t go last time but the food was amazing! Being able to use the spa facilities & air conditioned bar at the Club del sol was a welcome relief from the heat! The Villa was clean and had everything we needed and the hosts were friendly and very helpful. Will return again I’m sure 😊

We've just returned from a fantastic holiday at this wonderful villa. The pool is a good size to cool down and swim in, the garden is big enough to easily find a place in the sun or the shade, (as you wish,) the patio area is big enough to easily sit 6 people around the table (unlike some other villas we've been at), and there are 2 fridge/freezers, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a BBQ - all that we usually wish for. The ants were kept to a minimum by judicious use of a spray, and we fixed our own mosquito net to the bedroom window so could sleep with the window wide open at night. (There is a mosquito screen on each window, but it is quite old, and there are the occasional gaps in it, and tape in places holding it on.) Again this didn't bother us. It is a comfortable rather than luxurious villa and the double bed and pillows we had were among the most comfortable of all villas we've stayed at. We spent one night in the main twin room, when we had ants in the middle of the night, and those beds didn't seem so comfy, but we still managed to sleep! The sea is one minute walk across the main road - sandy bay, and there are numerous little coves and bays for snorkelling within a 15 minute drive. There is entertainment on your doorstep if you wish, at the aparthotel in front. Noise wasn't a problem - yes there was the occasional screaming child at play, but it was only during the day. and the children's evening entertainment finished early. All in all I thoroughly recommend this villa and will definitely be booking again. Thank you Maria, Pepe and Joana for letting us stay there. See you soon!

Schöne Villa

Schöne Villa Perfekte Lage zwischen Alcudia und Port de Pollença Schöner Pool Sehr nette Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar, Maria spricht perfekt Deutsch Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier, nervig sind die Mücken die jeden Abend kommen, aber wenn man vorsorgt und die Türen geschlossen hält geht das. Alle Fenster mit Schutzgittern. Ausstattung ist gut. Es gibt allerdings bei Ankunft keinerlei Vorräte, es muss also alles mitgebracht oder besorgt werden bis hin zu Salz und Pfeffer. Manche Decke könnte erneuert werden. Trotzdem volle Punktzahl, wir hatten hier eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Super schöner Familienurlaub

Superbe séjour dans villa idéalement placée

Superbe villa qui offre tous les avantages de vacances proche de toutes commodités. Emplacement idéal, à l'écart de la cohue du Port de Pollença. Maria nous a très bien accueilli et a été d'une aide précieuse sur ce séjour. Villa très agréable et avec tout le nécessaire. Petit bémol sur le manque de produit de première nécessité dans la cuisine (sel, poivre, huile, liquide vaisselle, tablettes lave vaisselle et sacs poubelles). Cela nécessite de tout acheter sur place pour un séjour de curte durée.

Unser Aufenthalt sehr schön! Wir hatten perfektes Wetter und Maria war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir sind mitten in der Nacht angekommen und wir haben nicht gleich gefunden wo wir hin mussten - aber Maria ist rund um die Uhr erreichbar. Der Pool, das Hause, alles ist sehr schön!

Eine schöne Finca

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsene vom 12 bis 26 September in diesem Haus. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist ca. In den 70 Jahren gebaut wurden und recht altmodisch eingerichtet, was uns aber nicht gestört hat denn wir waren immer draußen auf der guten Terrasse oder am Pool (4×8m) der sehr gut war mit 1 bis 2m Wassertiefe. Die Liegen waren neu und sehr gut. Leider hat das Haus keine Klimaanlage und die Türen sind sehr laut beim schließen, da sie keine Dichtungen haben. Es gab zwar W-Lan welches aber teilweise völlig überlastet war. Die Betten waren gut. In dieser Jahreszeit gab es dort sehr viele Mücken die uns doch sehr bearbeitet haben. Mann sollte sich im vornherein gut mit Anit Mückenspray (Autan) eindecken. Sehr sehr angenehm war die Kommunikation mit der netten und freundlichen Vermieterin Maria, die auch Deutsch spricht. Allem im allem hatten hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Wir waren schon 3 mal im Süden von Mallorca und jetzt das erste Mal im Nordosten, wo uns die Umgebung, am Fuße der Berge, sehr gut gefallen hat.

2 wunderbare Wochen

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen als Familie in dieser schönen Finca verlebt. Die Lage ist toll. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Meer mit naturbelassenem Strand. In ca. 20 Minuten ist man dann am Strand von Port Pollenca. Wir haben unsere Zeit aber auch häufig auf der gemütlichen Terrasse und im eigenen Pool verbracht. Die liebe Betreuung der Familie Planells und die guten Tipps von Maria für Restaurants etc. haben uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Wir möchten wiederkommen.

Superschöne Urlaubswoche

Die Finca hat 3 Schlafzimmer, davon 1 mit Doppelbett. Die beiden anderen sind jeweils mit Einzelbetten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück haben wir jedem Morgen auf der Terrasse im herrlichen Sonnenschein genossen. Danach ging's in den Pool. Sehr schön fanden wir auch den Grill, den wir dreimal gut nutzten. Alles in allem eine gelungene Urlaubswoche.
