The staff is outstanding and attentive and cares for its guests. I have been singing its praises since staying there. I highly recommend you take the time for a visit if you are on Sicily. You will not be disappointed."

"The staff were delightful. The location is superb. The 12 noon checkout allowed for a leisurely morning of sightseeing rather than having to rush vis-a-vis a 10 AM deadline. The building is gorgeous."

And we forced to plan to book new accommodation, and it’s ruined our day on our family vacation ! I tried to take refound from hotels.com he’s not answering to management emails !!!! "Breakfast is outstanding. Everyone is very attentive. The grounds are beautiful. The wine is delicious. Everyone at the desk can't be more helpful. It is a bit of a difficult drive-in and out but well worth the effort. The rooms are clean well appointed. The only thing missing is shampoo in the rooms. They give you robes and slippers. I would be very happy to go back there if I ever came back to Sicily."
