“The refrigerator did not work and had to have maintenance fix it. The hair dryer did not work and never got fixed or replaced. The quality of breakfast has went down dramatically since the last time we stayed there 7 months ago. I tried MULTIPLE times to call the hotel and always got directed to a call center who told me to send an email. This was on 4/15/26 and I haven’t received a response back as of 4/21/26. This was the only place I would stay when I came to the area, but never again. ”

“Upon room checkin I came across some housekeeping problems with a bathroom mirror splattered with something and a dirty desk. Took photos. Called the front desk, went back to check in to switch rooms.
Minor plaster damage on bathroom wall noted front desk upon departure.

We booked a king one bed room and got two queen beds no chairs to sit on
This motel is obviously being used to house African Americans as long stay residents very loud and seemed to be partying all night
