"This house is in a wonderful neighborhood with a beautiful ocean view, access to a great beach, and is located well for day trips. The pool is very warm, and the multitude of shutters allows a nice breeze through the house all the time. The only issue we had was a shortage of hot water, but Elizabeth was very responsive. Note the driveway is tricky for a low-clearance vehicle, so consider that when getting a rental car."

The communication with host was great and as our flight was delayed they were gracious enough to let us do a late checkout and we are very grateful and thankful for the hospitality! "This was the second time we stayed at this property, and we absolutely love it. It was recently updated, and is very nice. The house is good, but the beach is most excellent! We love the fact that it is very quiet with a private gated community, and gated beach. There is so much to do in Puerto Rico, but this time we mostly just enjoyed the beach and the beautiful views. The host was very responsive prior to check-in, during check-in, and followed up after. The only thing we could ask for is if we were able to stay longer! We will be back again for sure. The only downside was there was a lot of seaweed this time, but that is part of the “natural” of the beach."
