On the ground floor, the living and dining room of 23 m2 offers a welcoming and well-lit space equipped with a digital TV and climate control. From this area, you have direct access to the patio. Also on this level, 1 bedroom of 8 m2 is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The ground floor is further completed by a shower room with WC and a fully equipped kitchen.

On the upper floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms and 2 further bathrooms. The first upper-floor bedroom measures 7 m2 and contains 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a shower room with WC and access to the balcony.
