It features sweeping views of Flathead Lake, the Mission Mountains, Wild horse Island, and the Bird Islands. This space (1700+ sq. ft.) features two lakeside bedrooms and two baths with the ability to sleep four. (There is an option to rent an additional 600 sq. ft. third bedroom for two additional guests with lake view, full bath, kitchenette, walk-in closet, TV and seating area. The third bedroom will not be rented separately.) The main two bedroom space includes a cozy media room with wood burning fireplace, private outdoor stone patio with gas grill/comfy seating and just a few steps to about 1000 ft of private shoreline featuring a secluded pebbled cove.
Other amenities include a tennis court with basketball hoop and table and chairs, 2 lakeside decks, 2 lake view patios, private forested 10 acres with orchard and miles of walking, running and biking opportunities on Finley Point. Approximately 10 min. drive to two of Polson's best restaurants, a 20 minute drive to Polson, 45 minutes to Bigfork and 90 minutes to Whitefish or Glacier National Park. This truly unique property is shared with homeowners occupying upper floor and is impeccably decorated in European lodge style. The rental space is accessed through separate entrances requiring a walk down a stone path. Please see photos for images of path as it is not well suited for those with limited mobility. The quoted rate is for only rental of the two bedroom space and will be adjusted upward accordingly if the additional bedroom suite is added.
