Prince Waikiki

"Overall a clean place to stay. Location is so-so. Homeless population is really bad at night. The marina is not clean and has an odor at all times. Valet staff was great and gave us our best recommendations. Workout facilities and pool are small. Pool doesn’t seem set up for casual lounging. Cleaning staff came everyday which was great. Wish the showers were a little larger. Our floor was quiet. Ocean view room is not what we were hoping for. We could see mostly city and marina. If we looked out at an angle we could see ocean. Restaurant was excellent food. Wished it was closer to the main strip but it is close to the mall. Overall clean and an enjoyable stay but wish the location was better and the amenities were a bit more elevated."

"The Diamond building was very dated and worn , rusty sink. Old stiff faucet. Avoid this building option. Rainbow building is much better, reciently refurbished."

"Staff members were very welcoming, breakfast was good and a great way to start the day, very convenient. Also very clean. Maybe more parking? It was a bit difficult to find a spot."

"The property was beautiful and within easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops. The different pools and activities are top notch, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We would DEFINITELY recommend and stay here again!"
The Twin Fin Hotel

"There was a roach present at the time of our stay and my daughter got bitten, which resulted in swollen and watery bumps on her legs. This was our second time here, and when the name was Aston, there were no issues, but this time there was just the roach; however, the staff were very helpful and checked on us."
Royal Lahaina Resort & Bungalows

"I liked the location. The property and the beach were great. There was one particular front desk staff member who checked us in who was not clear on some important details regarding the resort fee and use of a 75 dollar credit that came with our room. The same agent also was unhelpful when it came to having our room cleaned. There were more amenities that we could have used at the resort but the same front desk staff member did not explain anything about that either. It really was the one staff member that brought the score down for the hotel. I know it's one person but the front desk is the face of a hotel and should be better."
Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa

"The location was perfect, very close to the beach. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. There's lots of construction going on inside the resort so prepare for scaffolding everywhere. Also the pool is soooo small. Another con is there are no microwaves in your room, and the resort does not have room service, so weird. I gave 3 stars because the rooms are outdated. Definitely needs to be repainted or wallpapered. On a positive note, the beds and linens are super comfy."
