Flawless Automated Check-In: The pre-arrival communication was excellent. The hotel emailed me a check-in code to use at the self-service kiosk upon arrival. They also proactively provided a night-access code for the main door in case I arrived after 10:00 PM when the entrance locks.

The reception area is modern, welcoming, and spotless. They is a Coffee Machine and reception office within.

The AC Fan: I stayed in room B406, and the air conditioning fan ran constantly, even when the system was switched off completely. While it’s fine during the day, the ambient noise was a little distracting at night when trying to sleep. And fix the lift key card access scanners as anyone can walk into hotel during the day."

He is rude about guests nodding in their direction or even pointing and laughing at them if he thinks noone is looking, ignores people asking for help by walking away etc. I may not speak Polish but I can read people. Thankfully once you are settled in and providing you don't need anything at reception he needs zero thought again!
