“Very comfortable for 4 adults; cozy for 6. Great location, property, and local activities! Encountered several maintenance issues, a few of which we're handled within a few hours of notification (leaking toilet, missing lightbulbs under kitchen cabinets, patio door hinge loosening with use was tightened, dishwasher drain cleaned out), with other repairs requiring more specialized attention after our stay (missing seal on dishwasher causing leakage; hinge repair on patio door). “They say a first impression can be your last and our first impression made it very hard to feel at ease in this unit. It looked like a construction zone. Dust was everywhere. They did have a cleaning person come in the next day and also provided air purifiers on request but still... my mom and I got daily headaches and nightly coughing fits. We are convinced in addition to the dust everywhere, there may be mold. We ended up extending our trip for a month. The unit was available but we booked……

“If this option is available in the city you are traveling to, take it! You get a home-y, modern APARTMENT with space, rather than a tiny, old hotel room. I always search Global Luxury Suites before searching anything else.”

“Comfortable apartment with a phenomenal view! The space could use a deep clean and some decluttering, but that view!!! Did I mention that the view was A-mazing?!?”

“This is a cozy property in a very rural setting. The host is extremely responsive and very thorough. It is quiet and private. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. The wood burning stove is a pellet stove which provides enough heat to take the edge off. The hot tub could comfortably fit 4 people. The Village of Cold Spring is less than 10 minutes away, as is the Interstate 84 bridge across the Hudson. If you want to make your own food, bring it. There is no grocery store nearby.”
