“I cannot say enough about this gem of a property and the property managers. Every little touch was thought of, and we felt like we were home the second we walked in the door. The communication couldn't have been better and I felt comfortable knowing that if anything was needed they were readily available. House was clean and comfortable, our pet was warmly welcomed as much as the two legged visitors. Will definitely be returning.”

“This immaculately clean guest cottage was absolutely perfect for our needs in every possible way. There are so many comforts provided, and the property manager seems to have anticipated every possible need you may have. It makes you feel truly taken care of, from the luxury linens to the provided toiletries and coffee supplies, they have you covered until you have the chance to get to the store! The kitchen is fully stocked with really upscale appliances! The bed and pillows were like sleeping……

“We were in town from Iowa with our 5 kids for my father-in-law’s funeral in Pico. Our kids loved the pool and picking fresh oranges from the trees near the condo. Ron was such a gem with any and all of our questions and spoiled our kids with drinks and treats. The cottage was fully furnished with everything needed for our stay. The cleanliness of this place was top notch. We were welcome to relaxing music as we walked in the door which was much needed after spending 26 hours in the car with……

“This may be the best property I have ever stayed in. The location is ideal, the property itself is in a lovely and convenient location, the hosts are deeply kind and the home is exactly as described. The beds are comfortable (even the sofa bed), the towels are thick, and the kitchen and bathroom are well-stocked. We are already planning our next stay in Pasadena.”

“When we arrived, the house is very cold. We turned on the air conditioner, it need about 6-8 hours to make the house warm, so my husband caught a cold. The room with three beds apparently is attic, its bedside lamp doesn’t work and the sockets have no power, no air conditioner in that room. Kitchen looks dirty. Really a horrible experience. Will not choose this house anymore.”
