Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
DO NOT BOOK IT! Address of property is incorrect! Zero information about HOW to enter property! We had to have police help us contact owners to enter property. Hotel office states they don’t rent property on Expedia. RIDICULOUS. STAFF COUld NOT BOOK TAXI FOR US. FELT AS THO WE ENTERED THE TWILIGHT ZONE AND XOULD NOT LEAVE. HORRIBLE. Lastly, tried to insist we pay VAT tax TWICE. SO HORRIBLE. STREETS nearby are not appropriate for travelers wheeling suitcases looking for property location. No sidewalks on very busy street. Do. Not. Book.
