「The staff were kind, helpful and efficient. The apartment is a couple kms from the airport however I needed to leave extra early. They helped me get a taxi & also gave me a brief Serbian lesson for the cook. Apartment was clean & cozy with a kitchen and a loft bed. I was travelling on my own, but this would have been great for a group of a family. The apartments have a restaurant and bar on site. This was very convenient. 「Worst hotel experience ever. I would give the hotel 1-2 stars, not 4. The rooms are not soundproofed. You have to pay a cash deposit for the minibar immediately upon arrival. Why? The beds are very uncomfortable and hard. It’s extremely noisy—you can hear everything from the reception, the cleaning staff banging their bucket at 7 AM, and the heavily trafficked road outside. There’s a thin door between your room and the neighbor’s—you might as well be sharing a room, because you can hear...
