“The room is outdated with no storage and is very hard to move around in. The bathroom was very small. There was no storage for clothes. The air conditioning unit did not work and we had to use a window air conditioner. Wallpaper was torn, no curtains to cover the blinds. The TV remote didn’t work. ”

“I was very upset that you check in 14 minutes away from the location. Went to the desk and they told us to go across the street knowing that we had to go 14 minutes away to check in first to get a code.... Very frustrating after driving 9 hrs with a baby in the car and having everyone sit in the car while we ran around and had to make 3 calls for the security dept on the front door to be told to go to a different address to check in when the lady at the desk knew that”

“I enjoyed my stay very much. The view was beautiful, there was easy access to the beach, loved the pools and hot tub, and the scenery was gorgeous! The only problems that I had was the 9 am checkout. Before I book the trip, I saw a 10am checkout time. Then after I booked and was locked in, it changed to 9am. Also, though the place was clean, there seems to be a mold problem because we saw and smelled some mold. In addition, the unit needs a little upgrading. Other than these few issues, the stay……
