Bad, bad, bad. The Fox doesn’t have parking for guests. You have to park at the Meliá, another hotel, and walk your way with all your luggage across town to the Fox. Not fun. When I got there at 1:00 am or so, there was no system. When I went to my room, it was occupied by other guests! I was not offered a room because there was no system! What kind of hotel is that? When I called the next day to ask to speak to the manager, they don’t tell you the name for security reasons; I would have to wait for the manager to call me. I mean, this is a supervisor of a hotel, not the FBI or CIA on an undercover mission. It is a disaster. They didn’t want to reimburse the percentage from Expedia, because it’s a third party. I told them to reimburse everything to me and then they could deal with Expedia themselves, because it’s not my fault that they offered the same room to two families. I’m still waiting for it to resolve. Sry bad hotel and management. Don’t stay there!
