"The location and airport shuttle were beneficial. One driver chose light classical music, which was very relaxing. Another driver may not have realized the importance of a calm environment for travelers. The radio was loud with commercials and jarring music. We tipped accordingly. Didn’t see the breakfast but it was à la carte. The female staff on the phone, and in person, were rather inhospitable. The managers were the outstanding exceptions, as was the pleasant man who checked us in. The hotel is in a state of physical refurbishment. Once the staff is likewise improved, it will garner additional stars."

"Our family came to Boston from Arizona for my son's graduation. We had a lot of moving parts and used public transportation to get around. We were on a very tight timeline and asked Katelyn for an early check in. Once she found out it was for my son's graduation, she knew this was an important milestone and did her best to accomodate us. She was so helpful and friendly. I made a point to stop by and meet her in person to say thank you. She is a rockstar!"

"Everything was fine except, like the majority of hotels, the shower was like standing in a drizzly rain-no force whatsoever. The rooms were very clean, however, and the staff were friendly and attentive."

"Say something positive: the staff was nice, both at reception and the shuttle drivers for the airport service. Otherwise the pictures are deceptive! The place is not very clean, there were stains on the linens, dust everywhere and the floor was sticky. The building is wedged between a residential neighborhood and the extremely busy and noisy road. Eye masks, earplugs and tolerance for subpar conditions are in order if booking here. I will spend more money next time and get a cleaner room that also reflects truth in advertising."

"Stayed on room 511 on top sounded like dragging stuff all night I called front desk they said they " will " call them, noise continued we had a 5 year old and 4 month baby she didn't sleep."

"The restaurant was closed due to renovations, and we had to pay an extra $150.00 to leave our car for a week, and I thought we had the sleep park and fly package. Room was excellent, and staff were excellent as well."

"Cute! Clean! Didn’t realize there was another living space in the house and had no idea where to park on a busy street. Other than that it was a great stay."
