不滿:整潔度和住宿狀況
Property needs a serious overhaul as soon as possible and as fast as possible. Departments need to be trained on a regular basis. (Engineering contractors need to be instructed to conduct any conversations in an area out of guest view.)
First room alloted wasn't great and had a rather disgusting health faucet. Second room was decent.
Coffee mugs were broken and caused a spill. (IRD) Received no apologies regarding the same.
Hallways were a mess and were dirty, with footprints and dust. Housekeeping trolleys were kept in the reception lobby throughout the day.
Did not feel that this hotel was a part of IHCL except for the staff service.
