"Although the location was fine, the apartment had not been cleaned when we arrived and after having communicated with the agent lastminute-cleaning took place regarding bare essentials only (beds, garbage). Later that evening the owner did respond and reimbursed that first night. We appreciated that gesture but still it was not really clean.
