「Has potential but falls very flat with poor cleanliness and shockingly terrible service. We wanted to love this place, but our experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. When we first arrived, there were at least 20 dark hairs all over the bed sheets. When we alerted the front desk, their "solution" was to bring us a lint roller instead of changing the sheets. 「This is a clean room with enough air conditioning. We arrive there very late. We can still check in at the time we arrive. Only 3minutes to walk to the nearest beach.」

「The hotel is ok, but not very good either. No lift there unfortunately, no space to walk the dog. It's about 10 minutes off the motorway. Large supermarket is within the walking distance and some restaurants too . Room for 4 was a bit too small. Shower and air con was very good.」

「The location of the hotel is very good for exploring the Tain L'Hermitage region just across the bridge on the other side of the Rhone. From here you can walk around the hill of Hermitage and visit the wineries. The hotel is in a grand building, stylistically refurbished and has a fantastic view from the outdoor swimming pool. The staff are young, enthusiastic and professional and the host was excellent in making suggestions for local restaurants and wine shops. I would recommend this hotel.」
