A gorgeous place to stay

A pleasant place for our one night stopover but would have been good for longer. The position on the lake was lofelu. Staff were friemdly and helpful and it was good to get a vegan meal with advance warning. The only drawbacks are that there no lift (but next time we will request a ground floor room) and the shower is over the bathub and not separate. However, we loved our stay and will happily return.

Couple of points that spoilt our stay. First was in the restaurant. When I made my reservation I asked would it be possible to get a Vegetarian meal, I got a positive response. However when I asked for an Omelette the server said yes, but it never arrived. I also asked for a Sparkling Water, Still Water arrived. I thought there was little point in complaining as my request for an Omelette had been ignored. My other, maybe unfair complaint is due to receiving a phone call after dinner telling us that my wife’s brother had been found dead at home we had to checkout the following morning to return home (we had booked for two nights) urgently. I was quite disappointed that the hotel decided to charge for the second night. Would have understood if the hotel was full and turning people away, but it was on obviously less than half full judging by the car park.

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Nous y avons dormi une nuit en plein mois d'août pour un prix très raisonnable pour la région de Deauville. Tout s'est très bien passé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse sur le lac au coucher du soleil, la gentillesse de l'accueil, la qualité du repas. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes, mais bien conçues. Nous reviendrons !

Très bon accueil, très belle vue sur le lac, chambre quadruple vaste et confortable. A revoir : restauration : ratatouille surgelée, magret sans goût de magret, toute petite limace dans l'assiette d'entrée avec la salade, l'entrée a été remplacée après signalement, pas de geste : café offert au moins pour le désagrément...dommage...

Très bon hôtel dans un endroit magnifique

Très bel établissement niché au milieu de la verdure et bord d'un superbe lac, point de vue magnifique depuis le restaurant. Personnel très sympathique et professionnel. Chambre assez spacieuse et literie de bonne qualité. Le repas du soir et le petit déjeuner étaient aussi de bonne qualité. Attention, au milieu de la verdure donc loin de la ville, obligé de reprendre la voiture si vous souhaitez sortir mais pour nous ce n'était pas un problème. Donc hôtel à recommander.

Hotel agréable

Sejour d'une nuit avec petits dejeuners ainsi que dîners sur place. Il y a du choix au niveau menu. Le seul souci qui est sûrement réglable, c'est le groom des portes de chambre qui va trop vite et fait claquer les portes à toutes heures.

Het hotel is prachtig gelegen aan een groot meer, waarop je uitkijkt vanuit het restaurant en in de omgeving is genoeg te doen. Ook het eten in het restaurant is zeer goed. Het personeel is bovendien vriendelijk en attent. De kamer en met name de badkamer zijn daarentegen donker en voelen gedateerd. De schoonmaak kan ook beter, hoewel de kamer op het eerst gezicht schoon lijkt, valt dat bij nader inzien tegen. Vooral in de minder makkelijk schoon te maken hoeken ligt veel vuil, dat niet van 1 dag is. Op het plafond van de badkamer zitten vochtplekken door zeer gebrekkige ventilatie aldaar. Wij hebben twee nachten verbleven in het hotel en dat is wat ons betreft ook het maximale wat je hier zou moeten verblijven.

Hotel très agréable et reposant, à l'écart de la foule de vacanciers des hotels de bord de mer. Service impeccable et bonne cuisine dans un cadre relaxant avec vue sur lac. Les chambres ne sont pas grandes (même la ch. supérieure) mais confortables.

Ho soggiornato una sola notte in una fredda serata invernale, comodo parcheggio, stanze un po’ datate ma nella norma. Devo segnalare il servizio pessimo della ristorazione, perché ho chiamato intorno le h.19 chiedendo di riservare un posto per la cena, purtroppo mi è stato detto che il ristorante era pieno, e non è stato trovata una soluzione per una persona, quindi arrivato alle h.20 e non ho potuto cenare, nonostante la sala ristorante non mi sembrava troppo affolllata. Anche la colazione è migliorabile, ho trovato poca scelta e varietà di prodotti.
