Jean-Marie ist ein äusserst freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Immer kurzfristig erreichbar per Telefon und WhatsApp. Er hat immer sofort geholfen, wenn etwas zu erledigen war (z. B. Gasflasche leer).Der grosse, eingezäunte Garten ist ideal für Hunde. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool hat eine tolle Sonnenterrasse, ist ausreichend gross und erfrischend kühl. Autan und Mückernstecker sollte man mitnehmen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Mas Provençal. Jean-Marie est très accueillant et discret, comme précisé sur les précédents commentaires. Nous avons emmené notre chien en Ardèche, il a pu se dégourdir les pattes dans le grand jardin, c’était tout simplement génial ! Un vrai havre de paix. La maison est sombre mais fraîche. L’extérieur est parfait. Merci encore Jean-Marie pour votre accueil !

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben sehr schöne Wochen auf dem ruhigen Anwesen verbracht. Die Lage ist sehr günstig für die Erkundung der umliegenden Ortschaften, den Besuch der Märkte und für Ausflüge ins Tal der Ardéche.Leider war es um Ostern noch recht kühl, so dass wir den Pool kaum nutzen konnten. Die Außenanlagen werden vom Jean Marie sehr gepflegt. Das provenzalische Haus ist sehr urig mit Kaminzimmer und Schlafgewölbe im Erdgeschoss und zwei hübschen Zimmern mit angrenzenden Bädern im ersten und zweiten Obergeschoss, die man über eine Wendeltreppe erreicht. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre grkommen, aber voll funktionstüchtig mit Mikrowelle, Backofen, Gasherd, Geschirrspülmaschine und neuwertigem, großen Standkühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach.Ein Wohngefühl wie in einer Burg - bestimmt sehr interessant für Familien mit Kindern.Jean Marie wohnt in der Nachbarschaft, gemeinsam mit seinen Töchtern versucht er alles, damit man sich wohl fühlt.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

vaccines en famille

Deux semaines de détente dans une maison très sympa avec une piscine très très agreable; Jean Marie est très gentil; il nous a acceuilis très tard et nous a aides a trouver l'entrée dans le noir. il nous a laisse voir ses chevaux: les deux enfants (5 ans) ont adores. Il faut une voiture ou un velo pour faire les courses mais tout est relativement proche: Beaucoup de sites , parcs et visites a faire pour ceux qui veulent sortir de l'eau. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Das Anwesen ist Teil eines ehemaligen Weinguts, die hohen Räume mit ihren hölzernen Decken und die Möbel versetzen die Besucher in ein früheres Jahrhundert. Das Schwimmbad ist groß, von außen nicht einsehbar und landschaftlich wunderbar gelegen. Draußen kann man im schattigen, großen Garten verweilen. Die Wohnung liegt optimal für verschiedenste Ausflüge zu schönen Orten in der näheren Umgebung. Der Vermieter Jean-Marie ist äußerst nett, wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt.

Calme et volupté

Sejour parfait, un lieu magnifique au calme avec une vue incroyable. On peut profiter de la fraîcheur de la piscine ou de l'ombre de la verdure mais également de l'interieur de la bâtisse. Un grand merci à monsieur le propriétaire pour son accueil.

Sommerlaub in der Vorsaison

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Sommerwochen in den Pfingstferien! Der Garten ist riesen groß und wunderschön, hier kann man seine Tage genießen. Der Pool hat eine neue Terasse bekommen und ist damit noch schöner geworden.

Charmantes Haus. Toller Pool. Großer Garten. Netter Vermieter.

Wir (5 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Pont-Saint-Esprit. Das Haus ist wirklich charmant und gut ausgestattet. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer und vor allem der beiden Bäder ist aber nicht optimal und benötigt ein bisschen Flexibilität. Der Garten ist groß und bietet viel Platz. Begeistert waren wir vom Pool, der mit neuer Holzterrasse wirklich toll ist. Jean-Marie ist ein äußerst freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter, der stets um unser Wohl bemüht war. Das Haus liegt am Rande des Städtchens und man kann in 30 min gemütlich zur sehenswerten Brücke spazieren. Zum Einkaufen empfiehlt sich aber eher das Auto. Die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft. Wir waren in der Ardèche-Schlucht, in Avignon und Aiguèze, auf der Festung von Mornas und bei den Kaskaden von Sautadet. Unvergesslich bleibt der morgendliche Blick auf den Mont Ventoux bei Sonnenaufgang. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich für diese schöne Woche! ☀️

3 semaines parfaites !

Super séjour ! Le propriétaire est au petit soin et à la fois très discret. La maison est très grande, très fonctionnelle. Il manque seulement un WC au RDC surtout pour la nuit pour ceux qui dorment dans la chambre du bas. A part ça tout était super ! Les 3 semaines sont passées bien trop vite :) Merci encore je recommande cette location à 100%. Nous reviendrons ! Mme et Mr ROUAS
