“The staff at the front desk were very polite, always ready to help and answer any questions. The room was very clean. Very good housekeeping. The ladies that did the housekeeping were very nice, always with a smile and greeted us every time they saw us. The location of this hotel is perfect. Very central and everything you need is within walking distance. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends when they're visiting S.miguel. Next time I'm visiting the island I will definitely……

“We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be improved, as there is room for more variety and better options. The location is good for exploring Ponta Delgada city and its historical sites, with many attractions easily accessible. “Such a lovely place to stay! The decor was beautiful. It was cozy, clean and had a stocked kitchen for light meals. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast basket at your door at 8am was such a treat. The only downfall was that we only booked one night lol. We will happily be booking another stay here in the future. Thank you so much!”

“The stay itself was perfect! Such a beautiful and clean building and great outdoor area. Breakfast was delicious and had lots to choose from. Secure parking onsite for a fee. Super convenient and safe. Definitely will be back!”

“Staff amazing. Helpful getting cab to airport at great price. Pool and hot tub immaculate. Nice on a drizzly day or aftrr a hike. Location good and dont forget the breakfast, local cheese and bread.”

“Excellent stay. Staff were very accommodating after experiencing an issue outside of the hotel after my check-out time. Very appreciative of them for that!”

“This property was spotless, centrally located, and the staff really kept a distance to make it feel as if it was your home. The breakfast spread was fresh, delicious, and local. I highly recommend!”

“Très sympathique Hotel, très bien situé (sans voiture); peu être bruyant en raison de café bar fermant à 2h du matin; excellent petit déjeuner; excellent rapport qualité prix qualité prix si on évite chambre coté rue,”

“Easy check-in. Great location within a few minute walk to main square. Lots of restaurants nearby. Room was simple and clean. Big bathroom. Provided breakfast before catching our flight was great with plenty of selection. Would stay again.”
