quarto sujo ,nao tinha papel higienico,toalha não trocaram pusemos atraz da geladeira para secae,tv nao tinha som,cafe da manha no 4 andar tenho 70 anos e minha esposa 72 mandaram subir de escada agua gelada disseram qua aquecedor estava queimado,o guarda do estacionamento guardou o carro dele numa vaga coberta e mandou eu por o meu num terreno baldio ao lado do hotel,depoismandaram eu ligar do quarto para portaria para solicitar o cafe da manha,porem o telefone do quarto não funcuionava eu tinha de ligar para o hotel no particular ,o dia que trouxeram o cafe no quarto não veio talher,quando reclamei me disseram qua 9,30 não era mais hora de pedir o cafe,,,,,horrivel

O café da manhã era excelente, e a localização é boa, na avenida principal e o chuveiro tmb é mto bom. Mas esses são os unicos pontos positivos. A garagem fica aberta a noite toda, ligamos várias vezes até sermos atendidos, chegamos a noite e ficamos trancados do lado de fora cerca de 5 minutos até o recepcionista chegar e abrir, e era apenas 20 horas. a estrutura é velha, tv, cama, ar condicionado... passou da hora de uma reforma!

Hotel sem manutenção periódica, ar condicionado sujo com crosta de sujeira, sem funcionamento a TV, o telefone mudo - sem contato com a recepção, tomadas de energia sem funcionamento e grandes o encaixe, o plug de energia do celular ficava solto, solicitei o reparo, ficou de verificar e trocar o quarto e não realizado, café da manhã sem reposição de itens básicos (copo, pão...) Independente do tempo de construção do hotel, a manutenção tem que ser realizada para ter um bom atendimento aos hóspedes, o valor da diária não condiz ao serviço entregue pelo Hotel, acima do valor e muito, pela prestação de serviço entregue. Ficamos hospedados por nao ter outra opção, pois a cidade estava lotada e os outros hoteis sem vaga.
