O café da manhã era excelente, e a localização é boa, na avenida principal e o chuveiro tmb é mto bom. Mas esses são os unicos pontos positivos. A garagem fica aberta a noite toda, ligamos várias vezes até sermos atendidos, chegamos a noite e ficamos trancados do lado de fora cerca de 5 minutos até o recepcionista chegar e abrir, e era apenas 20 horas. a estrutura é velha, tv, cama, ar condicionado... passou da hora de uma reforma!

O hotel é da década de 90 e nunca foi reformado. Banheiro em que a pia está entupida, box de banho apertado e também entupido, ao longo do banho você está literalmente numa piscina. Quartos pequenos, sem iluminação, sem tomadas, TV do século 19, muito pequena, ar condicionado também muito antigo. A recepção levou quase uma hora para encontrar a reserva. Havia uma fila grande na recepção porque os recepcionistas não manejavam o computador, também do século passado, corretamente.

Só não entendo porque temos que assinar o check out. Eu estava num quarto e minha filha em outro. Eu vim fazer o check out e retirar as coisas dos dois quartos e minha filha ficou no Shopping China. Tive que ir buscá-la para assinar. Viajo sempre para diversas localidades e é a primeira vez que tive que assinar o check out.

A estadia me surpreendeu desde o primeiro contato, pela atenção, cordialidade e prestatividade da equipe. Fiquei hospedado no quarto 215, que possui uma cama excelente, limpeza impecável e um banheiro muito bem cuidado, com chuveiro ótimo. O café da manhã estava muito bom, com variedade e qualidade. Para quem visita a cidade com o objetivo de fazer compras, o hotel fica um pouco distante das principais lojas. Não é uma distância longa, mas não é viável fazer o trajeto a pé. No entanto, a cidade conta com serviços de transporte por aplicativo, que funcionam muito bem. Basta perguntar a qualquer morador quais são os apps utilizados na região.
