A comfortable double bed made up for your arrival, on a pocket spring mattress

Bathroom with shower, vanity unit with provided towels, soap dispenser.

A washing machine is available in the bathroom.An ironing board and iron, towel warmer and hair dryer will be provided.

Connectivity and services: Ultra-fast Wi-Fi connection; access codes will be provided upon arrival. A 40" Smart TV connected to the internet allows you to easily access your favorite apps. *Netflix included*

We really enjoy meeting travellers, but we also know how to respect your peace and quiet, so for your arrival, it's up to you to choose whether you want to be independent or rather welcomed.

We don't live on-site, but if needed, we can be there in 5 minutes. The neighborhood is very lively and well-located; you'll have no trouble finding everything you need nearby, without needing a car.

The car is the preferred means of transport naturally in Pontchateau, which is a small town; however, you can bring your bicycle and leave it locked on the covered terrace. On the other hand, there are beautiful walks to be taken along the Brivet river, starting on foot from the studio and joining the Coët Roz park, a site renowned for the cyclo-cross world championship events.
