"I like that this guesthouse is associated with the hotel for 24 hour staff and help if needed. I appreciate the signs explaining certain procedures. The hotel staff were cordial and helpful during check-in. The Guesthouse itself was nicely decorated, not overly so. I liked the the loft apartment. Very clean and had the amenities I needed during my stay. Very quiet at night. Lovely garden. I recommend this place for people who like Florence and have been before. "Hi, the hotel is beautiful and at a good location. The staff was attentive when we checked in. We had two issues, first we didn’t get our room clean when we requested. While our stayed only one time the room was cleaned because we kept calling to get it clean and get clean towels. Also, the room temperature was very hot. The hotel room is expensive, we were not expecting this to happen."

Every detail has been considered to make your stay fun and inviting. The designers waved a magic wand making the rooms including the bathroom appear twice as spacious with a fun twist of humor - you may just want to hang out with a bottle of wine on your balcony. The property has several great spaces to explore and enjoy. The breakfast has the perfect balance of offerings with a staff that makes you excited to start your day."

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers."

"We had an overall wonderful experience at Hotel Calimala. The rooms were gorgeous, and clean. The staff was friendly, and helpful . The rooftop bar was spectacular and we loved Nadini, the daytime manager, who was a lovely, impressive person. She added immensely to the wonderful experience we had. We hope to come back to Florence some day. We will be sure to stay at Hotel Calimala when we do!"
