“We spent one week holiday with two small children and we all were impressed. The atmosphere was uniquely calm and warm. The fenced garden, which seems more like the park of a castle is fantastic and offers everything you could wish for as an adult and as a child. We could have spent the entire week on the property. "Actually, I booked a two-night stay on hotels from March 31st to April 2nd, but due to personal reasons, I only stayed for one night and then checked out. The hotel told me that the night I didn't stay could not be refunded, which I can understand and accept. But when I checked out the next day, the hotel charged me again. At that time, I thought that hotels plateform only deducted the money for one night, so I paid by credit card for another night. Now the situation is that I only stayed for one night, but they charged me for three nights and refuse to give back the repaid amount to me with no explanation.
