“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“This is a beautiful, spotlessly clean, well equipped property, with beautiful high quality decor in central areas, and super easy, digital and secure lock system for front door and apartment door. “The accommodation is in a great location for the train station and airport, and about 30 mins walk from the leaning tower. It felt like a safe area.
The self-check-in process was new for me but Michele gave very clear instructions for entry to the property.
I think this was the nicest room we had in our 2 weeks in Italy. It was spotlessly clean (the room and the bedding) and very comfortable.
Michele was a great host and very helpful. We owe him and the cleaner a huge gratitude for their great……
