Wunderschönes Haus, wunderschöne Gegend.

Wir würden immer wieder dort Urlaub machen, das Haus war perfekt, der Pool und die Umgebung ebenfalls und generell ganz Ligurien ist wunderschön! Es ging viel zu schnell vorbei, wir werden alles sehr vermissen. Vorsicht vor den Sandmücken in den Abendstunden, sie sind sehr lästig. Ansonsten war alles wunderbar!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit traumhaftem Ausblick und wunderschöner Terrasse. Die Größe des Hauses war für uns zu viert absolut ausreichend und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aufteilung des Hauses fanden wir auch sehr gut. Endlich einmal ein Ferienhaus, in dem das Geschirr keinem Sammelsurium gleicht und auch auf Einrichtung etwas mehr Wert gelegt wird, als nur auf bloßer Zweckmäßigkeit. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Er reagiert umgehend. Wir hätten uns einen oder mehrere Sonnenschirme auf der sehr sonnigen Terrasse gewünscht. Den, den wir vorgefunden haben, war leider mehr als kaputt. Die Grundreinigung könnte ebenso verbessert werden, vorallem in den Badezimmern. Es war schon sehr modrig und die Fugen verschimmelt. Alles in allem können wir das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt zu viert sehr genossen. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen und ideal, wenn man Ruhe zum Ausspannen sucht. Der Pool und die weitläufige Terrasse haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Vermieter war bei Fragen stets schnell zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit.

Toller Aufenthalt umgeben von Olivenbäumen

Das Ferienhaus „La Bella Terrazza“ ist ein sehr schön eingerichtetes, neues Ferienhaus mit allem, was man braucht, alles gepflegt und sehr sauber. Es liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage inmitten von Olivenbäumen soweit das Auge reicht mit einem wunderschönen Blick über Pontedassio bis zum Meer (Imperia). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Gerne kommen wir wieder in dieses schöne Haus!

Ein tolles Haus mit toller Aussicht in toller Umgebung. Es war alles vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer hat gut funktioniert. Die Anfahrt ist spannend, abenteuerlich. Wir können das Haus für 2 Paate sehr empfehlen.

Wirklich eine bella terrazza, aber teilweise unausgereift

+ sehr schöne Terrasse + toller Blick + cooler Pool + Supermärkte, Baumarkt, Lokale und Strände mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar + Vermieter reagiert binnen Minuten + geschmackvoll eingerichtet + großer neuer Kühlschrank - keine Klimaanlage, daher im Sommer Nachtschlaf schwierig, am 2. Tag Ventilatoren gekauft - WLAN funktioniert nur im Haus, draußen kaum und am Pool garnicht - keine Waschmaschine - kein Grill - Herd verschmiert, teilweise Spinnweben und Staub im Haus - zu wenige Handtücher, Pooltücher mitzubringen, 5 Tage vorher mitgeteilt - zu knapp, wenn man bereits auf der Reise ist - zu wenige Ablageflächen im Bad

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dem wunderschönen von Olivenbäumen umgebenen Haus verbracht. Die Sicht zum Meer war toll und der Pool war das Highlight für uns alle. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Unser Urlaub war leider überschattet… wir mussten ihn vorzeitig abbrechen. Das Haus war sehr hübsch mit einem tollen Pool, den wir sehr genossen haben. Die Entfernung zum italienischen Leben war uns etwas zu weit und das Wetter hat es nicht so arg gut mit uns gemeint, aber die Betreuung von Lukas war sehr gut. Das WLAN hat leider bis zum Ende nicht funktioniert

Traumhaft - gerne wieder.

Tolles, modernes Ferienhaus, was nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt. Wir haben die Zeit zu zweit auf der Terrasse mit fantastischen Ausblick auf Imperia und das Meer, schwimmend im Pool und unter der Regendusche sehr genossen. Kleinere Ausflüge (z.B. Künstlerdorf Bussana Vecchia), Essen gehen im nächsten Bergdorf, Einkaufen in Pontedassio... u.v.a. Der Gastgeber/Vermieter war immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich aufgschlossen und stets helfende Hand. Perfetto. Kleiner Tipp: Mücken nicht unterschätzen und auf Anfahrtsroute des Vermieters achten. Google maps lotst einen auch über eine kürzere, steile, sehr enge Dorfstraße, die für Fremde nicht bezwingbar ist. Freundliche Einwohner und der Vermieter halfen uns aus der Patsche. :)

Ferien im Oktober obergalb von Imperia

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in diesem von Olivenbäumen umgebenen Haus verbringen dürfen! Konnten noch jeden Tag im geheizten Pool baden…dies im Oktober! Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Ferienwochen. Das Haus ist architektonisch sehr gelungen, mit einer geschmackvollen, und im positiven Sinn, eher reduzierten Einrichtung. Die große Terrasse mit Pool und herrlicher Aussicht zum Meer ist nur schwer zu toppen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat auf das Beste funktioniert. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können das Objekt uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Von uns 5 Sterne.

Alles wunderbar!

Sehr schöne, neue Villa mit einem großen Pool und toller Aussicht. Viele Ausflugs-Möglichkeiten u.a. zu hübschen Dörfchen, lebhaften Küstenorten, zum whalewatching, San Remo, nach Monaco oder ins Piemont. Gute Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen (ca 10 bis 15 min Autofahrt). Bei offenen Fragen, ist der Vermieter gut per email zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Eine wirklich schöne Terrasse

Klein aber fein. Schönes Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmern, in der Mitte die Wohnküche, ausgestattet mit allem, was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Einrichtung geschmackvoll, landestypisch mit schönen Details. Lage mitten im Olivenhain, herrlicher Blick auf Imperia und das Meer und die mit Olivenbäumen bewachsenen Hügel, schöner Pool, nachts fliegen die Glühwürmchen. Anfahrt etwas abenteuerlich, Grundstück nicht barrierefrei. Dafür aber absolut ruhige Lage. Wir waren begeistert. Ein Grill wäre allerdings noch schön.
