A great family house at the country side of Italy

Great location, nice pool, big rooms with a lot of space. The furniture and the bathrooms are a bit outdated, but clean.

Wij verbleven hier met een groep van 8 volwassenen, 2 kinderen en een hond. Het huis is ruim en de bovenverdieping werd gerenoveerd. De benedenverdieping moet nog gedaan worden en dat merk je door de geur die er hangt. Er zijn verschillende vochtplekken. De keuken is verouderd. Het huis was niet proper (de lakens en badhanddoeken wel), denk hierbij aan badkamers die niet grondig gepoest werden, stof- en spinnenwebben, dode insecten, een BBQ die vuil achtergelaten werd.We contracteerden de dame die het onthaal deed (die enkel italiaans sprak) zij reageerde wel maar nam geen actie. De concierge manager van het verhuurbedrijf zou dit opvolgen, maar na 3 weken nog geen reactie ontvangen.De locatie van het huis is wel top, je moet er wel de muggen bijnemen ;-). Van zodra je buiten komt zwermen en tientallen rond je heen.
