“was very disappointed with my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Rolla, MO. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was not welcoming. They weren’t outright rude, but they were inattentive and gave the impression that guest service was not a priority.
The room itself had a noticeable mildew odor, and the sheets smelled sour, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. The biggest issue, however, was the shower. It drained extremely slowly, leaving us standing in dirty backwash……
