"Wow, that was a great stay. The cleaning was perfect and the room was well maintained. We asked for a quiet room with a nice view and got what we asked for. The receptionists were all young and friendly and special thank to Perniciel who welcomed us on the first day. The co-working space was super useful as my husband had to work during our stay. Location was amazing. Close to perfection. We really enjoyed."

"Staff were helpful and room was good for the price. Other visitors leaving at early hours were inconsiderate making lots of noise during the night. Breakfast was good for the price, all fed before travelling for our ferry. Would stay here again if travelling through."

"Great place! We stayed in a family room that accommodates very comfortably 4 adults. 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds. Super smart design and impeccable beds. The street was really quiet and we managed to sleep with opened windows. Great stay, we definitely recommend the place."

"very close to the Lille Gare Flandres , 2 minute walk away . on Rue du Molinel , small sign nearly invisible. I’ve stayed here four time. Lille is a great city. The Rue du Molinel leads you straight to the art museum . The town hall , remarkable building of red brick with yellow stonework , typical of the 16/17th architectural style in this city ."

"Everything was very good except at breakfast this morning. The hot food wasn't filled quickly enough, replacement items like beans shouldn't take 10 mins to refill. Also I asked for 2 poached eggs and one was just a mess on the plate. This should not be served to a customer like that."

"Only stayed one night but was very good value compared with a B&B I had just moved out of and which had a lot of issues that took half a day to get sorted out by the owner. Comfortable , clean rooms with great shower , air con , kitchenette and all I needed apart from the view ! (Room described as with ‘view’) Good buffet breakfast included. Very near train station, metro and the old town. I would recommend and will go back another time."
