AUTHENTICITY
This beautifully restored country house located in the rural village Pomoshtitsa, about 25 km from the town of Razgrad. At the entrance of the village is a lake where you can fish, swim or enjoy the unspoiled nature.
The manor belonged to the former mayor of the village and is therefore known as the 'Mayor House'. The house offers accommodation for 11 people and features include a large living room with fireplace, 5 bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms (with large walk in showers, whirlpool, toilet and sink) and a large kitchen. The house was completely restored in 2007 to Western European standards.
From the covered terrace you can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding hills and sunflower fields.
The newly built swimming pool of 10 meters at 5 meters, lined with glass mosaic guarantees optimal bathing experience. The large terrace around the pool also offers breathtaking views while sunbathing.
The garden has a large gatehouse, is partially walled and offers plenty of privacy. 2. On the 670m2 large garden has several fruit trees.

The spacious area offers numerous tourist attractions such as the rock churches of Ivanovo, the cities of Rousse (also called little Vienna) and Veliko Tarnovo and the wine region of Targoviste direction Shoumen, a city with many medieval traces. Varna - 120 km - is the main resort with a beautiful old town.
