“This is a charming hotel with immaculate rooms that are charming and spacious! The staff are wonderful - friendly and accommodating. The grounds are well kept with a charming little guest area to lounge and have a cup of coffee. Only a half mile walk to the beach and under a mile to town so very walkable too!”

“Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update. The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there. However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. “Classic but Nice Place! I noticed renovation happening which is fine. I used the gym (I think more equipment can help) and I ate at the complementary breakfast (there was no eggs .. may be i was late, not a problem there was more food available) after that their front out door area is peaceful and beautiful! I being on cape cod 3 times this year so far and this hotel was the best one. Yes I will come back to this hotel!”

“The hotel overall was good i just had a complaint about our door. It had a large gap and we could see into hallway. This also led to loud noise during night being able to hear everyone walking by which led to little sleep since we were near an entrance.”

Cute cafe open every morning with a wide variety of coffee drinks & pastries. Highly convenient area located only 5 minutes from cute downtown Hyannis & 30 minutes from Chatham. Definitely recommend!”
