"As you already know, I was met with unusual circumstances of the home, not being ready. It was damp and cold as the day was a chilly fall day, and it didn’t look like what I had rented. The heat issue still existed when I came in the next day. The heat would’ve been a nice touch to give a welcoming sense of. I’m glad you’re here. There were so many amenities wonderful for an active family as we were attending a wedding we were responding to an external schedule Until we could relax and enjoy the beautiful location."

"The location defies description it is so beautiful. The water is steps away, there is ample sunny areas and plenty of shade too. Additionally there is shopping, dining and entertainment within minutes. Complete privacy as neighbors are barely visible. The house itself is clean, modern and comfortable. A well equipped kitchen, ample bedrooms and a large enough dining and gathering area for our entire party. I cannot recommend this home highly enough!"

"The property is lovely and in a wonderful area. I was concerned about the smell mentioned in other reviews, but it was totally fine, especially with the A/C on. The upstairs bedroom has a quirky bathroom, with the sink in the hallway and the shower inside the bedroom, but otherwise, all fine. The code lock with a 10digit combination was a big pain for everyone, as the door locks automatically when you close it and then you have to look up the 10digit combo every time. "

"Overall positive experience and a good price for the number of people we had. The property had a spacious deck and a lovely three-season porch that we used a lot. Short drive to a public beach and great shopping at Mashpee Commons. Enough parking for five vehicles. Three of the five bedrooms were a good size, two were quite small (but good for kids/teens). A few discrepancies compared to the listing (check out was listed as 11 am on the website and the reservation confirmation, but 10 am on the host information provided after). Would stay again. "
