“Our first time in America and we didn't know what expect but from day one it was great. Friendly staff always spoke or just a smile. More than what we were expecting i.e. bath and shower. Room was clean. Fresh sheets everyday. Pool area was clean and tidy. We really enjoyed staying there. Main road is very busy but we hesrd nothing from our room. Seating area outside too which was nice. Lovely place. We stayed here for 3 weeks and didnt have any issues. Thanks :) ”

“On July 23rd, the fire alarm went off, unknown to us there was a high level of carbon monoxide in one of the residents rooms. We were let back in to our rooms after an hour, after all the rooms were checked. After I got back to my room after being out all afternoon, I found a gift bag in my room with a beautiful note of apology for the disruption. In my opinion, the staff went over and above”

“The room was perfect for what it was needed. We were traveling and just needed some rest. The area was clean, great breakfast spot across the street. Pool outside looked clean but I didn’t get in. The pool area is small. The room was clean. Love that it’s hard wood floors, the bed was comfortable. The sheets had burn holes in one of the beds so we didn’t sleep in it. “Breakfast was excellent! Staff really went above and beyond to keep everyone happy and comfortable - even with a huge camp bus staying overnight and overtaking the breakfast area for a chaotic hour. Staff stayed on top of it all! Rooms at least for dogs was squishy, not spacious but adequate for our 3 night stay. No windows if your dog barks when seeing people. Have to keep blinds down. “Unlike the very dated lobby with the one Coke in the fridge, the room was very modern and clean. It had a very comfortable bed with the best hypo-allergenic pillows I have ever slept on. The water pressure and temperature was perfect. Being able to rest comfortably fairly far from home during a heat wave is a treat.
