Service at the restaurant was horrible. the staff didn't know how to serve food nor did they know how to handle customers. Food ordered came in after 45 minutes ! No hot water in the room. Already communicated to the GM. My friend also stayed with me.. he had similar bad experiences.

Nice big bedroom, clean hotel.
RO UF purified water in glass bottles is provided in the room instead of plastic bottled water.
Only small cups available in the restaurant. Big mug for tea should be provided. I like to put one green tea bag in big mug and add water to it.

Liked because it was in the beach.
Did not like braces Property conditions needs lot of maintainance.
Restaurant did not have much choice and two items we asked ftom menu and they said not available. By the way it was arabiata pasta. There was no safe even though they say rooms have safes. When I asked they said they will bring one.

Disappointing start as we were given a twin bed room instead of double that we had booked. Staff were not apologetic at checkin. Food was really tasty however service is a little sliw. But worth tge wait. Breakfast was ok.
Excellent location on the beach. Pleasnt and ckean walkway.

This hotel was a joke! The pictures are deceiving! We checked in and was taken to a room that smelled like urine. Even after telling front desk we wanted a queen bed, they gave us a room with two twin beds. Service was terrible and the room/bathroom very dirty.

Convenient hotel
The staff were very friendly and service was ok. However, the bedsheets were not clean and there was a terrible smell in the room which stopped me from sleeping. Little improvements need to be made to make the hotel significantly better.

Location was excellent, food was extra delicious however the internet was not that great.
The major issue we had was our room included BF but when checking out we were informed it was w/o BF and hence the hotel made us pay for BF! Very disappointing and noway to contact hotels.com last minute..
