The modern furnishings include a living/dining room with a Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV, and air conditioning. It has an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, five gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is a separate water closet on the main level. The upper floor features three bedrooms: one room with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning with access to a balcony, another room with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning, and a third room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning. There is also a shower and a water closet on the upper level.
