    Welcome to our barrier-free holiday flat in Porec, Istria, a true gem for all those who appreciate peace and nature but don't want to miss out on the proximity of urban civilisation. With a size of 58 m², surrounded by lush greenery and in a sunny location in the Portun district, our flat offers the perfect starting point for enjoyable activities in the breathtaking region of Istria. Be it culinary discoveries or a visit to the countless wineries - connoisseurs will find their paradise here.

    Inside, the flat impresses with its appealing modern furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. There is a cosily furnished living/dining room with a sofa, satellite TV and air conditioning, which offers a seamless transition to the garden and terrace. There are also two bedrooms for your comfort - one with a double bed and another with two separate beds. The flat also has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle, as well as a bathroom with shower and WC.
