Apartments house Jakomina is located in the residential area of Porec, Mali Maj, ony 250 m from Materada beach and 2,5 km from the town center. The house has a closed yard of 1000m2 in which childreen can play in complete safety.There are 2 apartments in the house. Both apartments were renovated in 2022. They are situated on the ground floor of a familiy house in which garden the guests have on their disposal a barbecue with table for shared use. The houseowner live on the first floor and parking is in the yard of the house .
Apartment Jakomina 1 for 4-5 persons with total living area of 46 m2 consists of a kitchen with dinning table and exit to nice covered terrace with garden furniture, two bedrooms and shower/toilet. Air condition and wifi internet connection are availaible.

Ruhige Lage, fast alles wie beschrieben

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren mit unserem Hund da. Es wurde ein eingezäuntes Gelände angegeben. Leider traf das nicht zu. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Der Strand in 250m ist ein Naturstrand (größere Steine) und ein wenig weiter links gibt es einen Kieselsteinstrand. An dem darf man jederzeit baden ohne Hund, aber abends kann man auch mit dem Hund rein, wenn weniger Gäste da sind. Es sagt niemand etwas. Einen Mangel haben wir, dass Ehebett sind 2 Einzelbetten. Es gibt eine ca. 10 cm Lücke zwischen beiden Betten. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Damen in der Agentur sprechen gutes deutsch, was auf jeden Fall hilft, wenn man kein Englische oder Kroatisch spricht.

Moderne Wohnung für 4 Personen mit kleinen Abstrichen

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön, bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Mangels Platz und Steckdosen waren Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher vorhanden. Microwelle auf Anfrage erhalten, stand im Keller... Geschirr ausrechend vorhanden, Kochutensilien bis auf eine Pfanne waren da. Wohnung mit modernen Möbeln ausgestattet. Schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf die Olivenplantage. Zimmer ausreichend groß, Betten ganz okay... Sauberkeit war okay. Spinnenweben vorhanden, aber halt bei Erdgeschoss nicht vermeidbar... Vermieter wohnen im Objekt, können angesprochen werden, sind präsent...😉 Also, bis auf Kleinigkeiten recht schön. Fußweg zum Strand ca. 10 Minuten...

Urlaubsgefühl

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche Urlaub im sonnigen Istrien. Da es zu Ostern noch etwas kalt war, drehte die Vermieterin für uns die Heizung an. Die Wohnung ist neu eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig mit Blick auf einen Olivenhain und 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum nächsten Strand mit Spielplatz. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter.
