“We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful cottage. It is part of an ancient castello, as a separate little house (the old mill) and with all modern amenities, lovingly restored. The views from the beautiful garden are absolutely stunning, and we much enjoyed our breakfasts in the sunshine outside. Thanks for a great holiday in this stunning cottage — we can only warmly recommend it!”

“Also wenn man keinen Neubau erwartet, dann ist es ein sehr schönes Grundstück. Wir waren Super zufrieden. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Der Pool Überragend, ein Grill wird zur Nutzung bereitgestellt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Alles in Allem weiter zu empfehlen! Danke”

“Logement très atypique spacieux et confortable. La fraîcheur induite des vieux murs en pierre a été un vrai plus vu la température extérieure. Top le tri des poubelles dans la cuisine. Peu de lumière naturelle vu la taille des fenêtre de l’époque mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Giana est très accueillante et au petit soin pour le petit déjeuner au top !”

“Für alle die die Ruhe lieben, und vom Alltagstrubel weg wollen. Das kleine Städtchen Radicofani ist nicht weit um sich mit dem nötigsten zu versorgen. Ein Rundgang lohnt sich ebenfalls. Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen in Tagesausflug-Distanz. Das Haus ist mitten in der Natur gelegen und bietet innen und aussen viel Platz.”

“Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Allerdings wurde vergessen uns vor Anreise mitzuteilen, dass ein Bad der Villa gar nicht benutzt werden kann! Zudem war das Haus bei unserer Anreise nicht geputzt. Was unser Urlaubserlebnis in Summe doch sehr getrübt hat. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht nur die Betten haben die besten Jahre hinter sich. Wir waren zu dritt, haben uns aber gefragt, wie man als Gruppe von 8 Personen die Mahlzeiten gemeinsam einnehmen……

“Our family of 11 stayed at the villa in early June. The owner and manager of the property were available and very helpful. The Villa was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the pool. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the beautiful view. Grocery and small shopping mall very close. Easy access to the towns in Tuscany. Highly recommended!”

“Une localisation parfaite près de Todi et à moins d'une heure de voiture de Pérouse, Assise, Orvieto ou Spoleto, mais aussi de petits bourgs charmants comme Spello, Narni, San Gemini ou Bevagna. Une vue panoramique à couper le souffle sur la campagne ombrienne, comme devant un tableau de la Renaissance, avec ses bourgs médiévaux, ses vignes et ses oliviers. Une maison confortable et spacieuse, avec des lits confortables, un équipement de cuisine complet pour qui aime cuisiner, une terrasse……

“We spent wonderful week there. The hosts are very welcome and ready to give you any help you need. The place is quiet and there is beautiful panorama from the taras. The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. The jacuzzi is also amazing thing on top of it. It's a good base for visiting many places in Umbria. It's possible to get from the house to provincionale road in 7 minutes.”

“Some may call it extravagant to rent an 8 bedroom house for two people, but I call it brilliant. This place is wonderful for the obvious reasons: the view, the pool, the jacuzzi, the copious space, the charming home. But, the secret and most clutch amenity is named Alice. She has exquisite taste and knows everyone and everything surrounding the property. She helped us get to the best butcher, and arrange the tours that truly made our trip magical. Gotta della Pieve is tiny and charming and……

“We had a super nice holiday at this villa. The house is lovely. The kitchen had everything that we needed. There were plenty of towels and extra towels for at the pool. The covered dining area was a perfect place for family meals. We especially enjoyed the peace and quiet of the countryside and the beautiful setting of the villa.”
