Wunderschönes Anwesen in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir waren mit drei Familien - 10 Personen vor Ort. Die Bilder entsprechen dem Realität, fokussieren sich allerdings auf die drei später hinzu gebauten drei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss (modern, Klimaanlage, offene Bäder). Die beiden Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss sind Teil des alten Bauernhauses und deutlich rustikaler. Vor allem das Fehlen der Klimaanlage und die alten Bäder haben den Nutzen deutlich reduziert. Der Außenbereich ist extrem gepflegt und sehr schön angelegt. Der Pool für Kinder ein Traum. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Finca Cannot in Porreres

Von aussen eine traumhafte Finca mit tollem Umschwung, beim zweiten Blick ist alles etwas verstaubt und nicht sehr gepflegt. Das Obergeschoss hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt, das Untergeschoss und die Küche waren nicht in dem Zustand wie wir es erwartet haben. Der Pool ist wunderbar gelegen, sehr schön gross und hat einen tollen Aufenthaltsbereich mit Schatten. Leider muss ich dort auch sagen, er war nicht so sauber wie ich das gewünscht hätte. Die Schaukel für die Kinder ist eher gefährlich, da sie nicht richtig fest ist. Beim schaukeln wackelt das ganze Gestell. Die Ausstattung der Küche und der Bettwaren waren super! Die Sauberkeit in den Obergeschossen war gut, in den unteren Zimmern sowie die Küche mangelnd. Überall Spinnweben und in den Schubladen krümmel etc. ( bei Antritt) Auf den Bildern sah alles viel moderner und sauber aus. Was mann evtl auch andern sollte, den Beschrieb der Anreise. Es ist nicht optimal beschrieben wo mann auf der Hauptstrasse abbiegen muss. Alles in allem hatten wir schöne Tage in der Finca. Den Preis finde ich zu hoch für das was es war. freundliche Grüsse Christina Amsler
