Welcome to our newly renovated beachfront property in Crystal Beach, Texas. Located in row 2, you'll have incredible views of the beach just steps away from your front door.

The house features a charming outdoor area with a charcoal grill, perfect for hosting cookouts with friends and family. With parking available for up to 4 cars, you won't have to worry about finding a place to park.

For those who love to explore the water, we also offer convenient parking for a small boat. Whether you're interested in fishing or just cruising along the coast, this is the perfect spot for water enthusiasts.

Stay connected with our high-speed wifi, so you can easily share your beach adventures with loved ones back home or catch up on work if needed.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner's closet) via keypad entry.

Other Things to Note:
Absolutely NO parties- Grounds for termination
Pets are allowed for $125 per stay, up to 2 pets allowed

We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
