You’ll walk up a flight of stairs and across a large deck to the front door, where you’ll step into the spacious open-concept living/dining/kitchen area of Crystal Waters Beach House and start making yourself at home. Settle into the huge, cushy sectional sofa in the living room and relax, enjoying the ambience of the electric fireplace as the ceiling fan circulates air overhead.

Watch your favorite movies, sports, and shows on the smart TV with streaming channels via ROKU using your own log-ins. Or have a blast playing on the XBOX 360 with a Kinect adapter and many supplied video games. You’ll find a good selection of board games to play here, too.

Anyone who shares in the cooking will remain part of the action, with the fully equipped kitchen just steps away from the living room. You’ll find all the standard major appliances – large refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher – along with a good selection of small kitchen appliances – blender, air fryer, toaster, crockpot, mixer, can opener, and rice cooker.

You’ll have plenty of counterspace to prep on, including the kitchen island, along with all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite recipes. You’ll appreciate the kitchen’s excellent lighting.

Grab your coffee from the coffee bar with Keurig Duo that works with both K-cups and ground coffee (host-supplied) and a hot-water kettle for tea. You’ll also find tea bags and sweeteners.

Dine at the custom dining table that comfortably seats 14, supplemented by barstool seating for 4 at the kitchen island and five seats along the console table in the living room. The island and console seating is also the perfect spot for breakfast, snacks, and lunch.

Or dine al fresco at the two covered large picnic tables with string lights on the ground level, where you’ll also be close to the Tiki Bar with its TV and festive string lights – plus the charcoal grill and firepit. Share some time with a loved one on the bench swing. Play outdoor games – Connect Four, Cornhole, and Ladderball. You can also enjoy sitting around the fire pit outside and roasting marshmallows.

Also on the ground level, rinse off and freshen up with the shower, toilet, and sink setup.

After a full day at the beach or enjoying the fun and relaxation of Crystal Waters Beach House, head for a restful night’s sleep in your choice of six bedrooms. Every bedroom has a TV and ceiling fan!

Discover Bedroom 1 on the top floor with its king bed flanked by bedside tables with lamps including charging ports , as well as a smart TV with streaming channels using your own log-ins. A dresser provides storage, along with a wall-mounted clothing rack. Here, you’ll also find a workspace for any remote school/work needs. Step out onto your own private deck with small table and two chairs. And you’ll love the convenience of the ensuite bathroom with shower and all bathroom essentials.

Bedroom 2, also on the top floor, offers a queen bed, smart TCL ROKU TV with streaming channels using your own log-ins, blackout curtains, and ensuite bathroom with shower and all bathroom essentials.

Discover Bedroom 3, on the main floor, with its two queen beds and beachy blue vibe; the lamp on the shared bedside table include charging ports and work with touch control. You’ll have a dresser, luggage rack, and closet with barn-style slider door for storage, smart TCL ROKU TV with streaming channels using your own log-ins – plus a convenient ensuite bathroom with shower and all bathroom essentials. The board games live in this room!

Bedroom 4 on the main floor includes two queen beds, built-in bunk-style with lights and charging ports for each bed. You’ll enjoy smart ROKU TV with streaming channels using your own log-ins. A luggage rack offers storage. Your own private bathroom awaits with tub/shower combo and all bathroom essentials.

Located next to the living room, Bedroom 5 offers a queen bed flanked by bedside tables with lamps including charging ports, blackout curtains, along with a luggage rack for storage. Access streaming channels in this room via ROKU using your own log-ins.

Both kids and adults will enjoy Bedroom 6 on the main level with its two built-in queen bunk beds (4 queen beds in their own cozy nooks!), each with its own built-in light and charging port. A dresser and luggage rack provide storage, along with bars for hanging clothes. You’ll find a full-length mirror here, too. You can access streaming channels via ROKU using your own log-ins on the TV in this room. Blackout curtains help keep the sun away.

You have access to everything at Crystal Waters Beach House except the locker cleaners’ closets in two bedrooms.

A lockbox with a key to the house is available on the deck near the front door.

Ample parking spaces are available in the driveway. The garage is not available for parking, as it stores beach accessories and yard games for guest use.

Parties and events are not permitted.

Pets: 2 dogs are permitted with a $200 pet fee for up to two dogs of any size. Please contact host regarding breed restrictions required by insurance policy.

Linens are provided on all beds. 22 bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels for use at the beach. A hand towel and washcloths are provided in the bathrooms.

The hot tub is for adults only. Please do not use glasses or breakable dishes near the hot tub for safety reasons. Please place the hot tub cover on top of the hot tub when it is not in use.

The hot tub is serviced every week, usually on Tuesdays, and is unavailable for guest use while being serviced.

A charcoal grill is provided. Please supply your own charcoal.

The fire pit can be enjoyed by guests. Please supply your own wood, which is easily available at nearby stores. It is also important that you extinguish the fire and a bucket and hose are provided for guest use.

A lawn maintenance person does visit the property approximately every 7 to 10 days to maintain the lawn so he may be on the property during your visit.

Power outages are not uncommon in the area. Host provides flashlights and lanterns.

The warm climate creates the potential for bugs.
