“Absolutely LOVED this place! So many nice touches by the hostess. Fresh vase of flowers, a lovely dessert and a bottle of wine greeted us upon entering. Nicely stocked kitchen for cooking was a plus! Having our boat at the back door was awesome! We spent pretty much our entire vacation on the water all day! One of our best vacations in the nearly 20 years we've been visiting the area. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“What a fantastic find! We had a 2 night stay at the Rotonda Retreat. Alex is a very friendly and responsive host and we felt right at home. It is very spacious and clean with a FULLY stocked kitchen and plenty of dishwasher & laundry pods and trash bags. Everything we needed in the kitchen was available. It was very nice to relax and enjoy the lanai and heated pool with the hanging lights all around. Well worth the price for our group of eight. We would stay here again!”

“The house was just as it’s described and pictured. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We were visiting family in nearby Punta Gorda, so the location was perfect for us. Overall the neighborhood was quiet. The home is close to Veterans Parkway and 75, which we could hear at times (just rush hour times), but not overly loud. The proximity worked out well for us to get to where we needed and quickly! Manasota Key Beach is about 45 mins away, which is loaded with shells. My……

“This property was very clean, appeared to be pretty new. The location was great and the neighborhood was very quiet. The unit is a double, but we never saw/ heard from anyone on other side. The property manager was very prompt when we needed help. We might have done more cooking, but the kitchen equipment was pretty limited. I’d recommend it. The beds were very comfortable. ”
