Clean, quiet, great location for the things we wanted to do in the area.Ferry to Put in Bay was within walking distance. Cedar Point 30 mins away. Nice little beach and park with 10 minute walk. Barrett’s Grocery and Slaters Restaurant just a short walk. Great bc we drove 850 miles and really didn’t want to get in the car again.

Vacation

The place was clean but the lock on the door did not work and we just walked right in! Place seemed clean but weird cigarette odor in kitchen and dining area affected breathing! Moldy smell in basement! It just wasn’t what we were expecting!

Weekend getvaway

When we arrived there was lots of grass and dried leads, laying all over lots of cobwebs, the place looks like it needs to be high, pressured the front porch that is screened in has a lot of green. Moss, the inside of the screened in porch is dirty and lots of bugs hanging all over all the mattresses on the beds need to be replaced . TV in the upstairs bedroom did not work. TV in the kitchen said it was hot and was going to shut down. Somebody had lighter fluid in charcoal. Put in the furnace room that needs to be taken out and replaced. There need to be a few grab bars. Put in the downstairs bathroom. Because when you try to get up on that little lip and into the tub, and then try to get out because we are older. A grab bar would help a lot. Sunsets were amazing. Put the screened in porch off of the kitchen. It's dirty with bugs. Mold needs to be needs to be cleaned up and repainted.very. I'm comfortable to sleep then.

Nice Condo but Not for Toddlers or the Disabled

The condo was very roomy but set up for a lot of stair climbing. Kitchen, 1/2 bath, and Queen Bedroom on main level. Livingroom, full bath, and Master Bedroom on upper level. Large room with Queen Bedroom and full bathroom in basement (no windows). The owner was very easy to contact, very friendly, and responded quickly to a few issues we had. The cleaning person was also very friendly and came quickly to clean the basement bathroom when the pump went out. This is not a quiet unit. It is right at a stop light, so there is a lot of traffic. The view of the lake is excellent. It is also in walking distance to Jolly Roger's Fish House, which is absolutely the best fish place to eat in Port Clinton. Personally, my family would not stay there again but only because of the constant stair climbing and we have a toddler and a disabled person. Young healthy active people would love it.

Relaxing and spacious condo!

The condo has a great view of Lake Erie especially the awesome sunsets. The 3 floors had just the right amount of space and was clean!

Great family vacation home base!

This very comfortable condo was perfect for my family of 6. It is in the middle of several family destinations. We took a ferry to Put in Bay, visited the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, The Christmas Story House, The African Safari Wildlife Zoo, as well as the Imagination Station. There were several more options nearby we didn't have time for. We will be back!

I am handicapped... there for I was unable to access the living room or showers.... resulting in limited family time... which was the whole purpose of the trip....

Lakehouse with the grand kids

The condo was exactly as shown on vrbo website. It was comfortable for all three adults and three kids. It had a nice view of the lake however you have a busy street in between. Port Clinton is a nice little town centrally located to lakeside, marblehead and cedar point.

Family Vacation

The condo is well appointed and convenient to the beach, park, grocery store, and restaurants. The space was adequate for our family but the layout of rooms was not as we envisioned. We missed not having the living space on the main floor. If managing stairs is not a concern, access to couches and comfortable chairs is adequate. The owner is prompt and helpful.

4th of July birthday

1. Great location near the beach, restaurants and wonderful park. 2. Needs some refreshing updates inside and out Ex: painting the porches. 3. Doors to the 1/2 bath and 1st floor bedroom squeak. 4. I had a question for the property owner and she did answer in a timely manner, but her answer was very vague and I asked her to clarify her answer and she never responded.

Loved it!

I went with my family and the lake was close to the condo. It was super easy to walk to the lake. To go to the other island was quick and easy with the ferry. I approve of Port Clinton it's fun for children and families. 👍🏾

Enjoyed staying here. It is close to everything we wanted. Thank you!

Enjoyed the place. It was clean and within walking distance of the park and beach. The only thing that was a little problem, they had no shower on the main level and Grandpa disliked having to go all those steps every time he wanted to shower. All in all I thought it was a great place to stay.

Perfect family get-away

This property is perfectly located for a family get-away. Clean, comfortable and bedrooms spaced out enough so we weren’t on top of each other. We played games every night in the large kitchen table and went to the public beach 1 block away during the day. Even the very little beach across the street was fun. We could have used some cleaning products and pot scrubbers for the kitchen - so that we could keep it tidy during the week, but there’s a grocery across the street to get supplies- owner should want us to keep place and pots pristine! We would definitely come again.
