Indah (“Beautiful”) is a Balinese inspired home in a stunning tropical surround. A beautiful, generous sized space in a peaceful setting located in Port Douglas.
Feel the ocean breezes in this open and airy 4 bedroom retreat. Allow relaxation to quickly set in with all your homely comforts.
The Space:
Featuring a Balinese inspired open pavilion floor plan with vaulted ceilings, this idyllic home boasts an ideal balance of generous walkways and retreat-style areas that open seamlessly to the large outdoor entertaining area and pool. The adjoining broad granite kitchen, dining and living spaces will appeal to the home cook and allow for easy entertaining. There is an additional patio over a small pond of lilies between both pavilions which provides flowing breeze and plenty of natural light. Overlooking the pool and privately resting at the rear, the master bedroom features an open walk-in double shower and a separate spa bath. All 4 bedrooms enjoy their own ensuite and built-in robes. The residence is situated in The Lakes Estate, a small gated estate widely considered as Port Douglas finest. Just a few minutes drive away is the cafes, restaurants and shopping of Macrossan Street and renowned Four Mile Beach. Facilities and Features: *4 Bedrooms (3 x King, 1 x Twin) *4 en-suite Bathrooms (1 including spa) *Indoor & Outdoor Dining areas *Nespresso machine *Fully air-conditioned, screened and ceiling fans *Smart TV *WIFI & Foxtel Movies & Sports *Private 9m x 4m saltwater swimming pool with pool ladder and champagne shelf for easy access/sitting, 6 sun lounges and 2 large sun umbrellas on pool deck, 4 sunloungers to lily pond area *Ziegler BBQ *Fully equipped laundry including iron & ironboard *Portacot & High chair *Camp Bed available on request *Hairdryers *Remote controlled garage / secure parking *Fishpond water feature Notes *A minimum 5 night stay applies year round. The residence is situated in The Lakes Estate, a small gated estate widely considered as Port Douglas finest. Just a few minutes drive away is the cafes, restaurants and shopping of Macrossan Street and renowned Four Mile Beach.
Other Things to Note:
Please note - whilst we include many amenities in the apartment we do not supply shampoo or body wash. As our stays are for a 5 night minimum and the small bottles only last a day or 2 we decided not to supply these and add to landfill. We do have soap dispensers in all bathrooms/toilets.
Interaction with Guests:
As locals we live in Port Douglas less than a kilometre away and are on hand to assist with enquiries/questions/recommendations, and will welcome you on arrival. After that you won't hear from us unless you want assistance.
