Port Douglas Holiday home for rent
16 weeks in the Winter months
From 12th May to 1st September, 2023
The home is in a secure and private Estate, consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with open plan living spaces.
The home has 2 pavilions, the first pavilion is the daily living areas, with kitchen, gas cooking, dishwasher, pantry, dining and lounge area. There is also a second lounge area that can be closed off for privacy. The front end of the house has a small office to work from with WIFI provided.
The second pavilion there are 2 bedrooms that have a large bathroom to share with separate shower and spa bath, closer to the pool area is the master bedroom with walk-in robe and large ensuite with double shower and double basin .
The breezeway has a 10-seater outdoor dining area with a Weber BBQ, pool area is private and perfect to laze around on a winters day in full sun.
Large laundry area with dryer and washing machine. All rooms air conditioned and ceiling fans, the home is all open with louvers throughout making the house breezy and cool with cross ventilation.
Lock up garage is being considered to be included but may be locked off depending on the rental terms to be negotiated.
Located at the far end of Four Mile Beach beach by a 10 minute walk or 3 minutes’ drive. The home is an easy 5 km drive into Port Douglas township or a local shuttle bus from the estate can be arranged.
If you are looking at getting away from the cold during the winter months and looking for a comfortable clean home in the tropics this is your opportunity.
For the serious person wanting to take this opportunity we can arrange for a virtual video tour of the home.
The asking rental per week is $2500.00neg , including fortnightly service, linen change a clean of the house, the lawns and pool will be maintained by us also.
